Company History

 

Protective Enterprises of Florida, LLC was founded on January 3, 2014 with a vision for GREAT public safety service. The agency is a paramilitary, locally owned Jacksonville-based uniform protection firm providing armed and unarmed services to a diverse collection of clients. Our staff is experienced and professionally trained to deliver an exceptional client experience.

 

Under the leadership of President and CEO Chief Marcus D. Williams, Protective Enterprises of Florida delivers professional and reliable service to ALL of our clients!

 

Divisions

 

The agency is comprised of two primary divisions, Administrative and Field Services. The Administrative Division is commanded by the Operations Major and assisted by the Executive and Administrative Assistants.

 

The Field Services Division is commanded by a uniformed Captain who is assisted by Zone Lieutenants, Sergeants and Corporals who command the Field Service Officers. The Field Services Division is responsible for patrolling our client properties partnering with the communities and enforcing community rules.

ALL of our Field Service Officers meet or exceed State of Florida qualifications and requirements provides our clients with the unbeatable blend of exceptional personnel and superior service. Officers receive extensive training on all aspects of Florida State Law including use of deadly force, detention, interviewing techniques, investigative procedures and practices, and community relationships. All officers must successfully complete a Field Training Program prior to participating in tours of duty.

 

Our agency partners with and enjoys working relationships with numerous area law enforcement agencies including the Jacksonville, Clay County, Bradford County, and Columbia County Sheriff's Offices. We have also partnered with the Orange Park, Starke, and Jacksonville Beach Police Departments for safer communities.
